Victoria Katilius, TikTok Manager
Victoria Katilius is a junior at John Champe high school and a writer on the Newspaper staff and is in charge of the Champe TikTok. She is a passionate writer and is very skilled at gathering information through interviews and other ways of research. She enjoys writing for our school paper whether that is articles, blogs or anything else. Victoria was born in Northern Virginia and has lived here her whole life as well. Outside of Newspaper, Victoria keeps herself very busy while playing softball for Champe and she is also the president of a mental health club called “The Hidden Opponent”. Victoria wants to be able to deal with international affairs or write for a larger company when she is older and to reach her goal, she is working very hard by taking multiple Ap courses like Ap US History, Ap Psychology, AP Micro and Macro.
Outside of school, Victoria spends her time doing things she enjoys. She likes to cook, bake, crochet, and knit. Victoria enjoys these artistic things and when she was asked why she said that she likes the freedom of it. She enjoys that art does not have boundaries or limits and how it is free for all for anyone to enjoy. This helps her express herself as a creative person. Victoria also enjoys music very much. She listens to all different genres of music and changes her taste from season to season to fit her moods. Victoria Katilius is very hardworking and puts her all into everything she does.
