John Champe provides students the opportunity to complete their physical forms at school rather than having to contact their doctors. Champe is hosting John Champe Physical Knight on June 9th starting at 5pm at NSMI Aldie: 24560 Southpoint Dr. Ste 340. Aldie, VA 20105. There are registration and payment links provided via QR codes on the flyers, each form costs $40. Come to support as all proceed go directly to Champe Athletic Training.
“l got my physical form through Champe Physical Knight and it made the process so much easier for me,” sophomore Gabby Wood said. “Instead of having to go to my doctor, I was able to get my physical form that night to have it ready for when my sports seasons started.”
