The Knights are lined up for the national anthem. The Knights game was going to start after the anthem finished.
The Knights Baseball team played the Woodgrove Wolverines on May, 24th. The game was played to see who would be the district champion of the regular season. The Knights lost to the wolverines 15-4. The Knights took an early lead of 2-0 but couldn’t hang on to the lead as the game progressed. The Knights will head into district play starting next week, hoping to bounce back from this loss.
“Losing that game is unfortunate because we could have been the regular season district champions,” sophomore Elijah Marshall said. “We’re gonna come back next week and compete in the district tournament.”
