As the end of the year approaches, seniors celebrate their accomplishments and their decision on where they will go after high school. While the freshman, sophomores and juniors took their SOL’s, the seniors started the school day on Tuesday with a seniors meeting in the auditorium, then made their way to the football stadium to hang out with the senior class. Many pictures were taken and students that will be attending the same schools were able to connect and also get some pictures together. This was a great time for the senior class to make a few more memories before high school is over. There were some games on the field and breakfast was also provided for each student.
As the seniors spent their morning outside in the sun, Lulu Mcdonnell took time to reflect on this year, “I think this year was better than I thought it would be,” Mcdonnell said. “I made some new friends and it was fun being outside with everyone today for decision day.”
The seniors have a few more class activities left, including senior sunset, graduation rehearsal, and then the official graduation on June 12.
