Senior Assassin is an unofficial game ran by Champe seniors where the object of the game is to eliminate a specific person with a water gun while not getting eliminated yourself. The game has been going on since Apr. 21, and has less than 60 participants remaining. Complete with ‘free for all fridays,’ ‘purge’ days and player-specific bounties, the game has been highly successful in bringing the senior class together as they enjoy their last few weeks of high school. At the end of the game, the winner or winners will receive a cash prize. Notably, Mason Ward has gotten the most people out.
“I’m having the time of my life to be honest, I’ve wanted to play senior assassin ever since I was a freshman and I’m definitely getting closer with a lot of people in the senior class, many who I haven’t talked to prior to the game,” Ward said. “The game is definitely going faster than I expected and it’s coming in bursts, I feel as if it only takes one of the top people to get out to change the tide of the game, so I think the game will last until the week of graduation.”
