May first marked college decision day for John Champe seniors. Students wore their college shirts to school, showcasing their postsecondary plans. Recently, SCA posted on Instagram that the celebratory event for decision day was moved to May 20, later this month. Along with this, an Instagram account was created called champedecisions2025 to celebrate our seniors and their accomplishments.
“I had an amazing decision day,” senior Rithvika Yenugula said. “I know they moved the celebration date to the 20th, which I am excited for,” Yenugula said, “but it was still fun to see the colleges everyone is going to attend,” Yenugula said. Rithvika is going to attend The Pennsylvania State University, majoring in Business Finance.
Seniors are looking forward to graduating as well as celebrating their postsecondary plans.
