On Friday, Apr. 25th Champe DECA left to attend ICDC in Florida competing against a bunch of other schools across the United States. The schools will all be there for a total of five days doing various things besides just competing.
“We had one of the larger numbers because most schools only had ten or so people qualify,” junior Caroline Drula said. “We had a total of 41 people go down to compete or to participate in leadership activities.”
“We left early Friday morning and will return Wednesday evening and On Sunday evening we had our exam and Monday we had our preliminary roleplay,” Drula said. “The DECA organization has also blocked off for us to to go to Universal Theme Park for all the students there for ICDC, which was really cool of them.”
