On the evening of Friday Apr. 25, Champe held their “Be Our Guest” themed prom dance for juniors and seniors at a local golf club. There was much anticipation for this event, many students made a night of it, their pre-prom plans including going to take pictures and attend a special dinner reservation. The actual dance event lasted from seven to ten pm, and included a professional photo-op, light snacks for students to enjoy, and a live DJ for the dance floor!
“Before the dance me and my friends took pics at a local pond and then our group split up and some of us got dinner at Clyde’s and others at Cheng’s Asian House,” junior Caroline Chatman said. “We quite literally danced the whole time at prom and the vibes were just the best.”
