On Saturday, Nov. 30th the Varsity Knights football came to a devastating end, losing to the Tuscarora Huskies for the second year in an arrow. The final score of the Regionals Championship game was 41-16, and the Huskies will be moving onto to the State games while the Knights are done for the season.
“We watched a lot of film leading up to this game, and had practice everyday,” varsity football player Joshua Asante said. “We even had a walkthrough practice the day of the game to over plays one last time.”
“Last year when we prepared for the Tusky game we did the same thing,” Asante said. “But we lost a couple days to practice because of the weather and snow, so I feel like it set us back a little bit.”
