This friday, Loudoun County’s 10th annual event, National Anthem Night, will be held at the varsity football game between John Champe and Potomac Falls. The goal of this event is to rally up choir students in Loudoun county, from elementary school to high school, to sing the National Anthem and bring them together. The schools this year that are participating are Arcola, Goshen Post, Mercer, and John Champe. This event is important because it is a very good opportunity for choir students to socialize, make new friends, make new fun memories, and to gain choral experience.
“All of the schools coming together and doing a big concert is very exciting,” the vice president of Choir Council Sree Bethanabhotla said. “My first National Anthem Night was helping being a leader and helped me start assuming a leadership role.”
