John Champe High School’s Student Council Association (SCA) is in charge of creating the spirit themes for each Varsity Football game. SCA has to have the spirit themes decided early before the season starts so when the football schedule comes out they can post each game’s theme. Each theme requires the students to use their creativity to dress up, but some students tend to dress up more than others.
“When it comes to football themes there’s a lot that comes into picking and choosing the right ones,” senior Darby Hamilton said. “We have to make sure we follow rules set by admin and most importantly make sure the themes are ones the student body will enjoy.”
