This week, 5/3 to 5/7, was the last week for students to submit late work in order to make sure that they still get credit for assignmetns that they missed. Students have been scheduling make ups, retakes, and rushing to finish all thier assignment. This is their last oppertunity to make help thier grade, even if its just a little bit, and students are taking advantage of this time. Tecahers arent very happy that students are choosing the last minute to turn in all thier work because it makes thier job a little more frustrating but they appriciate tthat students are at least trying to make sure that thier work is done. This week was like the “final stretch” for students and teachers before the end of the school year.
“I find it a little frustrating that students wait until the last minute and submit work that isn’t thier best work,” teacher Ashley Molesky said. “It is very relieving that the school year is finally over though and I hope everyone has a good summer!”
