Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) changes some of their policies annually. Next year, they plan on making a few changes that are controversial among students and teachers. These possible new rules include no phones being used during class time, an earlier start time, and removing students’ abilities to retake tests as well as credit recovery.
“I think we should continue with our current policies,” sophomore Ratib Hamdard said. “They are strict enough as they are.”
None of these rules are official, but they do raise concern among many students and some teachers.
