Deca’s ICDC was recently held in California. It started April 26 and ended May 1. For the first time in John Champe history, two of our students took home ribbons. Senior Nate Currier and junior Aditya Kalva both won silver ribbons. Kalva won the award in Human Resources Management. He spoke about his time at the event.
“It was such a great experience; I’m super thankful to all the mentors and friends that supported me along the way,” Kalva said. “It was amazing to hear my name get called and I’m excited to see what I can do next year, and really take JCHS to new heights.”
It’s a proud moment in our school’s history and our Deca team plans on having many more.
