Champe SCA and Student Council are extremely significant student boards that contribute to the expression of the school spirit in the student body and many school events. On Monday, April 8, the SCA and Student Council leadership hosted assemblies for each study hall block. This assembly was hosted in attempts to engage students in the information about what the purpose and role these student boards play at school, and how to actively participate in contributing.
“The main ideas I learnt at the study hall assembly this week were about the differences between SCA and the student council. It’s easy to get confused between the roles that the two groups play at Champe, so I think it’s important that we’re able to distinguish them,” junior Solyta Chhour said. “Overall, the assembly helped enforce that when we need help concerning school activities, we can ask the right questions to the right people.”
