Next week, the John Champe High School Student Council Association will be holding an election for their next slew of council members. Many positions are up for grabs with over 25 candidates throughout all four grades. There will be polling for Presidents, Vice Presidents, Secretaries, Historians and Treasurers for all four classes.
“Me and my friends are all running together,” freshman Molly Palmisano said, “I really hope I win.”
Throughout the hallways, posters endorsing certain candidates can be observed all week long to help students form an educated decision on who they want to vote for. Voting will take place during recharge and lunch on Tuesday, February 27th.
