With the results of the 2023 Rap Nominated Albums, Srikar and Angad give their personal opinions about each album. They dive deep into the experiences they had when they were listening to the songs of each album. They give their honest opinions of each song’s production quality and give their thoughts on the award winner.

Srikar Akunuri, Editor
Srikar is a junior here at school and is an editor for the newspaper staff. Srikar decided to join newspaper because he wanted to try something new for a change because he has always enjoyed writing essays and wanted to take his writing to the next level which is newspaper. His favorite thing about newspapers is how everyone talks and keeps a close connection with each other. In newspaper we all have to collaborate and work together which is something he enjoys because not many other classes do partner or group work. After high school, he plans to go to college and study finance or economics.  He loves to play sports and be active. At school he is on the cross country team and he also loves to play football, soccer, basketball, and tennis in his free time. His favorite subject in school right now is math because he enjoys it and has a good understanding of it. 
Angad Gill, Writer
Angad Gill is a sophomore at John Champe High School and is a writer for the Round Table Review. This is Angad’s first year working for Champe’s newspaper. He joined the newspaper staff because he thoroughly enjoys journalism as he aspires to be a sports writer in the future.  Angad loves to play football, listen to music (rap specifically), and vacation at the beach. Angad enjoys reading comic books and graphic novels, one of his favorites being Batman. You can catch him enjoying his day either hanging out in Ocean City or watching The Simpsons.
