Orchestra students are having their pre-assessment concert this week! The performances start at 7pm on Thursday February 15th, 2024. All three groups of students, Intermediate, Advanced, and Artists, will be performing multiple pieces along with a group of 8th graders from Mercer Middle School. The advanced and artisit students are also preparing for their Orchestra assessment where they will be graded on their playing skills toward the end of the school year, this concert also helps them prepare for this as well. The students are looking forward to showing off their skills for the pieces they have been working on!
“I have been working on shifting into 3rd position as we learned the piece Nightshift, “ sophomore Avni Vyas said. “This concert will be great and I hope the 8th graders take this opportunity to learn from us!”
