Champe’s girls basketball teams have had a busy week with games every day of the week other than Thursday. Starting with Monday when Girls JV and Varsity basketball play Loudoun Valley at Champe. Then on Tuesday, the JV Girls team play Gainesville at Champe once again but then moving on to Wednesday where both JV and Varsity play at Tuscarora against Tuscarora highschool. Finally, after a short break on Thursday, Varsity girls go to play Parkview at Parkview highschool on Friday. The Girls basketball teams are working hard together but are facing a lot of adversity due to their varying skill levels and injuries but are hoping to make a comeback with their upcoming games.
“We have struggled a bit so far but as some of our players are starting to recover and play again” Varsity Player Anika Badatala said, “I’m excited to see if we will see more wins as a team.”
