The Champe boy’s soccer team has been working hard this preseason. Coach Mina, a spanish teacher for John Champe, has taken the reins after Coach Bishop resigned. Coach Mina has wasted no time in starting preseason training, but this will be the first week since its start that there will be no practice.
“I will stay in shape and be ready for soccer by going out to the field with myself or my friends,” Arman Naderi says, describing how he plans to stay prepared for soccer during the dead week.
There will be another day of practice added next week for the team, but for now, they’ll get some time to rest.
