On Friday October 20, 2023 The Varsity Football Team here at Champe will be playing Park View. The game will be played at Champe and with a 6-1 conference record, the odds are in our favor. After a long week of spirit days and fun activities, homecoming has finally arrived, and many students are excited for the game and the homecoming dance on Saturday October 21, 2023. The theme for the game is Champe colors, hopefully everyone will be decked out in navy, silver, and white, and we get a win to kick-off homecoming.
“I think that as long as the defense does their job, and the offense does theirs it will be a great win for us,” junior Aiden Gayles said. “We’ve had a good record this season and have put in a lot of hard work.”
“We aren’t planning to do anything special for the homecoming game but the atmosphere should be good considering homecoming is right around the corner,” Gayles said. “We just need to do our normal routine and ball out.”
