This week, 10/16-10/20, students participate by dressing up for the Homecoming spirit week. Students dressed up to the best of their ability for the themes chosen by Champe’s SCA and Class Counsels. Knights started the week off with Tacky Tourist Day on Monday. On Tuesday, We were Celebrating America and made sure to show up decked out in USA gear. Wednesday was Fashion Disaster Day and students and staff made sure to wear their most absurd outfits. Thursday was Class Subtheme Day where freshmen dressed up for Music Festivals, sophomores dressed up for Sporting Events, juniors dressed up for Mardi Gras, and seniors dressed up to go to the rodeo. Finally, Friday was Class Color out with Freshmen wearing white, sophomores wearing silver/gray, juniors wearing navy, and seniors in all 3 colors. Champe students and staff enjoy dressing up for spirit days and love the competition!
“I made sure I dressed up for all the days this week,” Sophomore Sree Bethanabhotla said. “I had a lot of fun with it and It was exciting to see everyone’s outfits. I hope Sophomores win!”
