Last week, picture day was announced to take place on Monday, September 25th, and Tuesday, September 26th, for all grades nine through twelve. The photo studio was set in the auditorium to capture head portraits of every student, including a rotation between each English block to divide classes for picture taking. The teachers gathered their students toward the auditorium to sit and wait patiently to be called up. There were usual observations of some students who were unbothered by how they would look in their pictures, while others were highly anxious and worried.
“I think school portraits are a great way to see our younger selves and the memories we’ve made since then,” sophomore Abdul Zaman said. “I just hope our pictures get better with every year.”
After pictures, students received their unique ID with their school, name, number, grade, teacher, and barcode.
