The JV Football team successfully scored their first win of the season this Monday, in a close match against Potomac Falls. This was out of the 4 games the JV team has played this season, with their record now at 1-3. It was an intense game all the way through, with both of their touchdowns scored by the offensive side, including running back Tyler Harrison scoring a go-ahead touchdown for the team, giving the final score of 15-8. The game ended by 9:30 p.m.
“I thought the team played very hard,” said football coach, Andrew Boswell. “We battled adversity and was able to overcome that to get the win. I am proud of our guys.”
