Weight training and wrestling classes, led by coach Elmquist and coach Stark, have already started practicing on 9/6/23. Practices are held Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Lessons are designed to challenge students and help their training journey as well as make it fun in the process. Wrestling and weight training makes the body healthy and enhances growing muscles. Although classes have already started, anyone interested is free to join past the start date.
Quite a few people want to join wrestling and weight training. Sophomore Tido Dang, a person interested in wrestling said, “ I want to join wrestling because I want to be strong and healthy. I know that weight training is also a major benefit to my health so I’ll make sure to check that out too.” A lot of people agree with what Dang said, these clubs are important for health and they are fun to participate in.
