New Teacher Highlight – Stephanie Doherty

As we roll into a new week, we welcome the final new teacher for the 2022-23 school year, Health, Physical, and Driver’s Education teacher, Stephanie Doherty. She previously taught HPE at Forest Park High School in Prince William County for five years, then taught at Kilmer Middle School in Fairfax County for one year before arriving here.

“[I was inspired to teach HPE because] I was debating between HPE and English, but ultimately chose HPE for my love of playing sports,” Doherty said.

“[If I could change one thing about Champe] I would change it to be a school filled with school spirit.” Make sure to give Doherty a warm welcome!
