BSU’s Sneaker Ball

BSU (Black Student Union) is hosting a Sneaker Ball to celebrate Black History Month. The Sneaker Ball is both a party and fundraiser to gain more members and funds for the club. Meeting on Wednesday’s every week, the members of BSU have created flyers, decorations, and videos to make the event come to life. Due to their common interest in nice tennis shoes, they wanted to be able to have a good time while showing off the “latest kicks”.

“The students can expect to see a 360 photo booth, Radio personalities and DJ, and a fashion show,” BSU faculty sponsor Lashundra Carter said. “I think the students will come out [and] have a great time.”
