New Teacher Highlight – Kamakshi Gupta

As we roll into a new week, we welcome science teacher Kamakshi Gupta! She is a teacher in the science department. Gupta previously taught biology at Lightridge and, before that, taught in India.

Gupta states that she has many things that she enjoys about Champe so far, but her favorite is the environment.

“Since this is my community- my kids have gone through this school… I love everything about Champe,” Gupta said. “It’s like a dream school for me.”

“[I look forward to] making connections with the students as well as my peers, and everyone that’s lifelong…,” Gupta said. “It should be a more lifelong meaningful connection.”
