LoCo Sex Assualt Victims Father Celebrates Legal Victory

Scott Smith, a Loudoun County parent, spoke at a school board meeting over the county’s actions towards his daughters sexual assault case. while speaking he got riled up and was arrested for disorderly conduct allegations. Recently he celebrated winning that case.
